Little Falls, N.Y. —The Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs and the city of Little Falls have enjoyed a successful partnership since the baseball team’s inception in 2009.
And if officials have their way, the partnership will continue to flourish in the years to come.
“I fell in love with upstate New York 13 years ago, and it’s my long-term goal to make sure there will be baseball in upstate New York forever and ever and ever,” DiamondDawgs owner David Dittmann said Tuesday evening as he and Travis Heiser, the team’s general manager, addressed members of the Little Falls Common Council.
