Onondaga Flames Sign Star Ithaca Bomber Shortstop Webb Little

The Onondaga Flames announced today that they have signed Ithaca College shortstop Webb Little to play in their inaugural 2017 season.

Little played for the Syracuse Junior Chiefs (NYCBL) this past summer where he put up a slash line of .299/.368/.458 and an OPS of .826 in 40 games with 144 plate appearances. Little hit 2 HRs with 29 RBIs in the summer season.

Last year as a freshman at Ithaca College, Webb started in 39 games for the Bombers and was Empire 8 Conference Second Team all-league selection. In 134 at bats, Webb got 44 hits and only struck out 11 times while compiling a .328 batting average with 30 RBIs. 
Webb is the son of Bill and Missy Little of Fayetteville, NY. Webb’s twin brother, Sam, an outfielder, is also a key member of the Ithaca baseball team and will also play for the Flames next summer.
